Questions people ask.
Is the quote actually flat?
Yes. We price the job upfront and confirm it on-site before we start. The only thing that changes the number is if there's noticeably more to it than described.
Do I need to be home?
Not if we can access the area from outside — a driveway, path, deck or roof. Just let us know when you book and we'll send a photo once it's done.
How fast can you come?
Message before 5pm and there's a good chance we can get to it tomorrow. Quotes go out the same day you ask.
Will it damage my surfaces?
No — we dial the pressure and method to suit what we're cleaning, using a gentler soft-wash approach on painted surfaces, render, roofs and timber.
Do you supply the water?
We can generally use an outdoor tap on-site. If there's no water access, let us know when you book and we'll sort it.
